# Support and Safety

### Getting help

If you have a question, find a data issue, or need help using Astar Fi, contact the team through the official Discord community.

[Astar Fi Discord](http://discord.gg/v7BkkpFWtU)

When reporting an issue, include a short description, the affected page or feature, the network, the relevant public wallet address or transaction hash, and screenshots that do not contain sensitive information. Never share a seed phrase, private key, recovery phrase, password, one-time code, wallet backup, or screen recording that exposes any of them.

Support may ask for public information needed to investigate onchain activity. A legitimate Astar Fi team member will never ask you to transfer assets to “verify” a wallet, install unknown software, disclose secret recovery information, or sign an unrelated transaction.

### Verify official channels

Use only links published in the official Astar Fi product, documentation, or verified community channels. Be cautious with direct messages, copied accounts, unofficial support forms, search advertisements, and links that use a similar-looking domain.

### Review wallet requests

Before confirming an onchain action, check the website domain, connected wallet, network, asset, amount, recipient or contract, approval scope, estimated gas, and transaction purpose. Reject any request that is unexpected or does not match the action shown in Astar Fi.

Label, Cost Basis, Exit Value, and Source Split edits do not require a wallet signature in the current version. If an unexpected signature or transaction request appears while performing only an analytics edit, cancel it and report the issue through the official Discord channel.

### Data or transaction issues

A newly confirmed transaction may take time to appear because of indexing or third-party data delays. First verify the transaction in the relevant block explorer and confirm that the network and contract are supported. If the issue continues, provide the public transaction hash and a description through Discord.

Astar Fi cannot reverse confirmed onchain transactions or recover wallet credentials. For a protocol-level incident, users may also need to consult the relevant protocol’s official channels.

### Asset and product requests

Requests for a new asset, network, protocol, or product can be submitted through the official Discord channel. Include its name, network, contract address, protocol or issuer, and the intended Astar Fi feature. A request does not guarantee integration; coverage depends on reliable contract, indexing, pricing, product, and risk data.
